After the 15 day period, we offer warranty replacement on aftermarket items for 1 year from the date of invoice.
The manufacturer's warranty covers OEM products after the 15 day period for a length of 1 year from date of invoice.
*Exceptions: Software/data kits and wireless Bluetooth Headsets/Car kits that have been opened cannot be returned, defective Bluetooth devices must be submitted to the manufacturer, but still have the manufacturer's 1 year warranty.
RETURN Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests are processed within two (2) business days, Monday through Friday. At that time, you will be e-mailed a response with the RMA number & instructions on how to ship the item back.

You can return complete undamaged hardware for a full merchandise refund under the following conditions:
- Unless we have made a packing & shipping error, the merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and received in the same condition as when sold to you, including all parts and pieces. It must be in re-sellable condition.
- On orders where Free shipping was invoiced, the published shipping fee is deducted from the 15 Day Satisfaction refund.
- Software cannot be opened or tampered with as opened/used software is not returnable.
- Merchandise must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping.
- The package MUST have our Return Authorization Number on the return label!
- Packages returned without the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package will not be processed and will be refused!

- On 15 Day Satisfaction items for Refund, & on Warranty item(s) after 15 days, Customer is responsible for shipping charges to us.
- Warranty & Replacement items are shipped prepaid by us.
- We will bill your credit card for the replacement item(s) upon shipment, & process your product refund to your credit card only upon return receipt of the items meeting the above requirements.
- Returns must be received within 10 business days of being issued the Return Authorization.
- Items sent in for replacement under warranty will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the returns department. Replacements will only be of the same item. If the exact same item is not available, we may substitute a similar item with the same functionality at no extra charge.
